Free Family Art Day

Description

Join CAC staff and volunteers for a fun, free day of art making for all ages! Start by exploring our galleries and viewing the powerful printmaking work of Ramiro Rodriguez on display in CAC's current exhibition Impresiones: Prints by Ramiro Rodriguez. Gallery visitors will be invited to participate in a series of interactive activities designed to spark creativity and conversation. After experiencing the exhibition, visitors can step into the classroom where they will have the opportunity to engage in printmaking projects that focus on silkscreen, collagraph, and gelli plate methods. Free Family Art Day is on Saturday, October 11, from 10 AM–2 PM. Though this event is free, CAC requests that participants register in advance.
