Join us for an evening of empowering women to lead heart-healthy lives through education focused on prevention and wellness. Join us for an intimate and engaging evening of converstation, connection and expert guidance focused on helping women live a long, heart-harlthy life.

This special event will be led by Cardiologists Sabaa Ahmed, D.O., Maya Kommineni, M.D., Stella Kyung, M.D., and Jessica Williams, M.D. 

This thoughtful panel will explore topics including:
Heart Attacks in Women
Advanced Cardiac Imaging
Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection
Atrial fibrillation 

Following the discussion, the physicians will welcome questions from attendees, creating an open and informative converstation in a comfortable setting. Expet to walk away with practical, actionable insights you can apply to your own life. 

Before the conversation begins, visit with various local female-owned businesses, mingle and enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres. Attendees are encouraged to bring a newly purchased personal care item for donation to The Caring Place, a Valparaiso-based non-profit serving victims of domestic viloence.
