Since 2000, CoAction Housing has provided critically needed services to those facing homelessness in Porter and La Porte Counties. With offices in Valparaiso, Portage and Michigan City, we are a recognized resource and a proven model for success. We offer a continuum of programs to help individuals facing homelessness with prevention, crisis intervention and permanent housing solutions. At CoAction Housing, we embrace diversity.
