Role Description/Responsibilities: Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions. Handles any walk-in customers. Collects payments. Makes Policy changes. Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim's representatives. Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients. Any additional duties assigned by management.
