Michigan City, IN – 1/13/2026 – CLH, CPAs & Consultants is excited to welcome Seth Stemper as a Staff Accountant and Rowan Pruim as an Associate to the firm.

Stemper brings a background in retail customer service to CLH, applying that experience to support the firm’s clients in the areas of service, sales, inventory management, and business operations. His duties as a Staff Accountant with CLH include tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and closing processes at both month-end and year-end. With a strong interest in mathematics, problem-solving, and customer service, Stemper said he chose accounting as a way to benefit the community by addressing financial issues and building relationships.

“I am very thankful to be a part of the team and the opportunities CLH has presented to me,” he said. “I plan to continue growing with the company, gaining more skills to assist with my career.”

Pruim brings her prior experience in public accounting to CLH. In her new role, she offers a detail-oriented approach to accounting support for clients, including updating records, reconciling accounts, and preparing documents and reports. Her responsibilities as an Associate include recording transactions, managing accounts receivable and payable, tracking expenses, and performing bank reconciliations.

She said what she enjoys most about working at CLH is the supportive culture the firm offers, including approachable leadership and significant investment in her growth.

Stemper earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Purdue University Northwest and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society. Pruim is currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Purdue University Northwest.
