Porter County, IN – The Valparaiso, Portage, and Boone Grove Compost Sites alongside the Recycling and Waste Reduction District office will be closed on Monday, May 25th, 2025 in observance of Memorial Day.

All three sites and the District office are scheduled to be open normal hours Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.
